MIP Project Management

In 2014, MIP Project Management Ltd was incorporated as a fully-owned subsidiary of Masterbill Integrated Projects to provide services in the area of project management.

Over the years that MIP has been in practice, the need and demand for construction project management services has been growing. This is due to inadequate project management skills on the part of the traditional lead consultant whose training and focus is usually on the design function as opposed to overall project management.
